Tony Wilson

Tony is Head of Asset Management within the Military Air Sector of BAE Systems, having been with the company for 18 years. He is accountable for the asset data – collection and quality, responsible for the asset management system and its governance across multiple manufacturing sites.

Tony has experience in moving (and keeping track) of thousands of assets during site closures and in implementing new policy and processes to improve the management of assets prior to introducing new technologies that automate the process of tracking and managing assets across wide spread areas.

Tony is passionate about the introduction of new technology as an enabler  to improve the asset management system and in turning asset data into business intelligence that can be used to help steer the business.
