Neill Guha

Neill Guha is a Senior Manager in Ofgem’s Networks Division.  He has over fifteen years of experience in regulation and central government and joined Ofgem in 2011 following spells in UK Department of the Environment and the Irish Department of Communications and Energy.  In his six years at Ofgem he has been involved in setting the RIIO-1 price controls for regulated onshore electricity and gas companies and is currently head of Ofgem’s Network Outputs Measures team.  In his current role, he is responsible for development and implementation of network asset management regulatory frameworks, and for monitoring and performance assessment of network companies’ asset management investments under RIIO-1.
